Allpurchases made on the website, can be exchanged directly with theHead Office, Once sold, all products will only be exchanged, notreturned. The products can be exchanged within 7 days of receivingthe product. Allmanufacturing defects will be repaired in a minimum of 21 days to amaximum of 60 days from the date of receipt. If for any reason arepair isn’t possible, we will provide you with an alternatesolution.

Ifwe are not able to ship your order within 7 working days of placingthe order, we send you an email informing you about the reason behindthe delay. Reasons may include unavailability of stock, time taken tosource the product from any of the boutiques pan India, time taken tomanufacture a product for you from scratch, etc. Based on yourfeedback, we may either extend shipping time or cancel the order.Payment, if made by the customer, would be refunded in accordance tothe costs incurred in ensuring availability of the product.

Inthe event we have to cancel any items in your order, if you have paidusing a credit card, your credit card shall not be charged for theabove cancelled item(s). Whena product displayed on our website is no longer available, it willcarry a message that says ‘out of stock’. In some cases, productsthat appear to be available when you place your order may, in fact,be out of stock. A‘short shipment’ occurs when we ship to you fewer products thanthe products for which you initially were able to place an order. Ifthis happens, you will be notified immediately and corrective actionwill be taken.

A credit card is required for pre-ordereditems, and your credit card will be authorized for the price ofpre-order as a ‘pending charge’.
