Eske Loyalty Programme

The Eske Loyalty programme is an unrivalled rewards programme, designed to recognize and award the loyalty of our esteemed customers. With an easy and recognizable tier points system, customers can unlock a world of benefits with every Eske Purchase.

In order to be enrolled in the Loyalty programme, customers must make a purchase from any Eske boutique, or the official Eske website for the amount of INR 5000. Upon enrolment, the customer will be required to fill in a form with all his/her details, and will be given a temporary card. Then depending upon the customer purchases, they will be given the opportunity to upgrade to the higher tiers.

The customer’s mobile number will be his/her valid membership number. This number can be used for communication at any time in the future.

The validity of each tier, of the Eske Loyalty programme is 1 year from the date of first purchase.

The customer will also get issued a personalized card, for every tier that they fall under,and depending upon their purchases will be able to upgrade to higher tiers.

Some of the highlights of the Programme Include:

Cashback Points:Upon every purchase, customers will be given points, which have an equivalent value in Rupees. These points are determined by the tier in which the customer is, the details of which are mentioned ahead for every category. These points may be redeemed on the next or any subsequent purchase, but may not at any time be encashed.

Birthday/Anniversary Rewards: Every esteemed customer will be given additional gifts/rewards on his/her birthday or anniversary. The rewards/discounts will be also be available solely for the customer‘s own use, and will be exercisable over a certain period of time, during the span of the customer’s birthday/anniversary. Depending upon the tier, the customer will get to enjoy a wide variety of celebration benefits.

Referral Points:Upon referring friends/family/acquaintances to Eske, customers will receive bonus referral points. When a purchase has been made, through a reference at any Eske store, the points will directly be credited to the customer’s accounts.

Double Rewards: Throughout the year, customers in the Eske Loyalty programme will be given the opportunity to make purchases and earn double cash back points. The details of the same will be informed to customers in advance.

Gift Vouchers: Depending upon their tier, esteemed Eske customers will receive surprise vouchers/gifts which will be redeemable at the Eske outlets.

Special Collection Previews: Depending upon their tier, esteemed Eske customers will receive first hand information about events/happenings at Eske. They will be informed ahead of time on any new collections, promotions, EOSS or planned events at Eske.

Concierge service: Depending upon their tier, esteemed Eske customers will receive direct support from senior members in the Eske team, who will be at their service 24/7.

Limited Edition/Customization: Reserved only for the Platinum tier, Eske customers will be allowed to purchase special limited edition items, made exclusively for them. They will also be allowed to customize a bag for themselves, subject to availability/possibility.

Tier’s and Benefits

The Eske loyalty programme has 4 tiers. Eske Plus Tier, Silver Tier, Gold Tier and Platinum Tier. Below, are the details, benefits and criteria for each tier

The Eske Plus Tier

In order to qualify for the Eske Plus Tier, the customer needs to make a purchase at any Eske outlet for INR 5000. The customer will be then required to fill up his/her details in a form, and submit it to the store manager. Upon doing so, the customer will be presented with The Eske Plus Tier card.

Upon becoming an Eske plus member, the customer is eligible for cashback of 2.5% on any purchase he/she makes at Eske. Some of the highlights of the Loyalty programme include.

The Silver Tier
If the customer shops for a total of INR 35,000, within one calendar year of his/her first purchase, he/she will be upgraded to a Silver Card. The card will be sent to his/ her registered mailing address, or may be picked up from the store.
Upon becoming a Silver Card member, the customer is eligible for cashback of 5% on any purchase he/she makes at Eske. Some of the highlights of the Loyalty programme include.

The Gold Tier
If the customer shops for a total of INR 75,000, within one calendar year of his/her first purchase, he/she will be upgraded to a Gold Card. The card will be sent to his/ her registered mailing address, or may be picked up from the store.

Upon becoming a Gold Card member, the customer is eligible for cashback of 8% on any purchase he/she makes at Eske. Some of the highlights of the Loyalty programme include.

The Platinum Tier
If the customer shops for a total of INR 150,000, within one calendar year of his/her first purchase, he/she will be upgraded to a Platinum Card. The card will be sent to his/her registered mailing address, or may be picked up from the store. This is the highest tier in the Eske Loyalty programme.

Upon becoming a Platinum Card member, the customer is eligible for cashback of 12% on any purchase he/she makes at Eske. Some of the highlights of the Loyalty programme include.

Terms and Conditions

  • The Eske loyalty programme is a direct rewards and recognition programme only for the customers of Eske. This may not be clubbed with any other loyalty programmes outside of Eske.
  • Entry into the Eske Loyalty Programme is not mandatory, and may be at the discretion of the customer.
  • The Eske loyalty programme is not en-cashable at any stage.
  • The Eske loyalty points may be redeemed at any Eske outlet,across the country.
  • The Eske Loyalty programme is valid for all purchases made throughout the year, except at the time of End of Season Sale. However the points can be redeemed against discounted items.
  • The rewards of the Eske Loyalty programme may not be clubbed with any existing/ongoing offers.
  • The validity of each tier, of the Eske Loyalty programme is 1 year. The customer will have to purchase for the same amount, to remain within the tier, or else they will be downgraded to the lower tier.
